Pastor Tim and Lisa Tyler

Pastor Tim has been in ministry for over 30 years, ordained through the International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies. Time and his wife Lisa pioneered and established Christ Community Church in 1991. Senior Pastor Tim's passion is to effectively impact lives by making disciples of Christ. His ministry is to bring maturity to the body of Christ through the ministry of the Word and the move of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Ron and Luanne Zettle

Pastor Ron was ordained in 2001 and joined the staff of Christ Community Church in 2007 as an Associate Pastor. Currently Ron oversees our "Healing Branches" ministry which consists of a wide array of life skill classes, Biblical counseling and healing prayer. Ron's life passion is to see the church fulfill her call to be a "house of prayer."

Pastor Greg and Emily Snider

Pastor Emily has served as Children's Pastor since 2006. Pastor Greg founded Radical Obedience Ministries in 2009, using skateboarding to reach youth. He became the Christ Community Church Youth Pastor in 2012. In 2020, they became Family Pastors to work together in partnering with parents in making disciples of the next generations.


Pastor Greg is the IFCA Great Lakes District Youth Director. He coordinates our involvement with APEX, the IFCA National Youth Movement as well as our District Summer Youth Camp.

Pastor Steve and Lauren Carlson

Pastor Steve has been a part of the Christ Community Church family since 2001. As our Administrative Pastor, Steve oversees the day to day activities of the church as well as special projects. "My desire is to see Leaders grow into their God given potential." 


Pastor Steve is also the IFCA National Youth Movement Director. Our mission is to see every Youth Pastor and Youth Leader that we come into relationship with fully equipped to minister to the teens God has entrusted to them. We believe that each youth ministry is unique and requires the leader to be equipped through God's Word, the Holy Spirit and Fellowship with others. We love seeing leaders exciting about doing what God has called them to. Our passion is to cultivate that excitement through personal prayer, relationship and training opportunities.

Pastor Charlie Hiess

Pastor Emeritus Charlie shortly after the church began in 1991. Since that time Pastor Charlie has served as Outreach Pastor, Head Deacon and as a full time missionary in South Africa. Pastor Charlie is currently an Elder and Teacher at Christ Community Church.
